From Charleste - "The materials used were: a large balloon, floral wire (for the hanger), newspaper, cooked flour paper mache paste, white tissue paper, glue, scissors, and construction paper. The only thing I had to buy was the balloon. 2 layers of paper mache, floral wire (like wrapping a present with a loop for the bow on top), then 2 layers of paper mache."
