From Tina - "I used these instructions from About.com: How to Make a Pinata. And this paste: No-Cook Paper Mache Paste Recipe. I painted it in yellow acrylic paint and let dry; then added eyes, mouth, etc. in acrylic paints, added streamers at bottom and sting at top for hanging."
