Follow these instructions to make a unique handprint wall hanging gift for someone special.

  • Age Guideline: All Ages
  • Time Required: 20 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

    Materials Needed:

    Instructions:
Paint the palm-side of one hand whatever color you desire. Press the painted hand onto the center of a paper plate. Let the paint dry completely.

Once the paint dries, glue the lace around the edge of the plate if desired. Use the ribbon to add a fancy bow to the front of the plate. Also glue a small loop made out of ribbon to the back top of the plate to use as a hanger.

To complete the handprint wall hanging gift, don't forget to include the child's name, age, and date on the plate. If you want some variety, try this project using colored paper plates.
