The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Pen or Pencil
- Craft Wire
- Alphabet and Regular Beads (4mm worked well)
- Wire Cutters
- Needle Nose Pliers
Instructions:
Cut about a piece of wire about 4- to 6-inches long. You can change this depending on the design you want to make. Use the needle nose pliers and bend down the tip of one end of the wire.
String beads onto the wire to spell out a name or another word (I spelled love). Once you have your beads all on the wire, clip off any extra wire leaving just enough to bend over the end so the beads stay in place.
To use the wrap, all you do is wrap the wire into a tight spiral around the pen or pencil.
