- An Old Pair of Pants or Sweatpants
- Needle and Thread or Safety Pins
Instructions:
This costume is simple to make! Simply use a needle and thread or safety pins to attach the wrapped, Smarties brand candies all over the pants. Now when anyone asks what you are, you can tell them you are a Smartie pants.
