Instructions:
Start out by printing the photo tag template onto card stock. Use crayons or anything else you prefer to decorate your tag before you cut it out. I actually used m y graphics program to color in the tag! Once you have your tag decorated, cut it out. When you cut out the shaded photo window, put it aside.
Find the photo you want to display in your tag. Use the shaded window piece you saved as a guide for not only deciding what picture to use but also for cutting out your picture. Set the photo window cut-out over the area of the photo you want to use and trace a line around the window piece, about a 1/4-inch bigger on all sides.
Use a glue stick to cover the back side of the entire tag template. Position the photo in the opening and then fold the tag template in half. Line up the edges of the tag.
Use a hole puncher to make a hole in the top of your tag. Cut a piece of ribbon about 10-inches long and tie it through the hole. Your photo tag is now done.
