Clay Pot Pilgrim Bonnet

Measure your clay pot (follow the arrows shown in the inset). Cut a rectangle out of white felt as long as that measurement and half as wide. For example, my pot measured about 5-inches. I cut a rectangle that measures 5-inches by 2 1/2-inches. On one of the long sides, cut two evenly spaced slits to make 3 tabs, as shown in the photo.
