- Age Guideline: 6 Years and Up
- Time Required: 20 minutes (Does not include drying time)
The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Plastic Easter Egg
- Small Styrofoam Ball (Small enough to fit in egg)
- Milk Jug or Similar Plastic Lid
- Ribbon
- Small Flowers
- Hot Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Scissors
Instructions:
Start out by gluing the tip of one half of the plastic egg onto the drink bottle cap. This will give it a flat base to sit on. Cut the styrofoam ball in half and glue one of the halves into the egg. Push the stems of the artificial flowers into the styrofoam. If you like, you can also cover the styrofoam with artificial moss.
Bernadette suggests gluing ribbon around the upper edge of the egg, to cover up the "lip". You can also wrap and glue the ribbon around the edge of the drink cap. These "mini" flower arrangements can be place just about anywhere.
