"I found a dog costume at our local Dollar Store. I then bought two pumpkins that fit together nicely and were the correct size for the hat to fit. Painted a face on the top pumpkin using acrylic paint, attached them together with caulk (any strong glue should work), put the cape on and attached the hat with straight pins. " ~ Suzanne
