How to Make a Pot Using Puzzle Pieces

Beth submitted this project as part of this Make-It-Over craft challenge. She explains how you can make a fancy, decorated pot using puzzle pieces.

  • Age Guideline: 6 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 20 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

You may want to cover your work surface with newspaper, wax, paper, or an old vinyl tablecloth or shower curtain.

Use any empty, clean container you want. I used one of the almond cans from this Make-It-Over craft challenge! Start out by painting the container whatever color you like.

Once the paint is dry, use glue or decoupage medium to cover the entire outside of the pot with puzzle pieces. Finish your pot off with a coating or two of decoupage medium.
