Fold your piece of fleece in half lengthwise and lay it on your work surface. It will be approximately 30" by 72" laying on the work surface.
Lay your circle template on the fabric so that edge of the circle is 9-inches in from the folded edge and 10-inches down from the top edge. Pin the circle in place through both thicknesses of fleece. Cut out the circles.
You can now put aside the body of your snuggle blanket while we move onto making the sleeves...
