By , About.com Guide

Corrina shares her idea for using socks to make a bean bag game!

  • Age Guideline: 6 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 30 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials Needed:

  • Baby or Kid's Socks
  • Beans or Rice (uncooked)
  • Ice Cream Bucket or Plastic Coffee Can
  • Needle and Thread
  • Scissors

Instructions:
Fill how ever many socks you like with beans or rice. Use a needle and thread or a sewing machine and sew the end closed. Go over it a few times to make it strong!

Decorate the ice cream bucket or coffee can if you like and use it as a target to throw your new bean bags at!
