- Scissors
Instructions:
Connie's idea was to embroider designs or sew on appliques to a sock and then slide the sock onto the bottle. Connie uses her personalized sock bottle wrap to carry her cold water bottles so they stay cold longer.
You can use a variety of craft supplies to embellish your bottle wrap. When I made mine, I turned the sock inside out and slipped the bottle into it. I then folded down the top of the sock so that the bottle was covered by a double layer of sock and the neck is exposed. I used a hot glue gun to secure the top of the sock, which was now folded toward the bottom of the bottle, in place. I then used some fancy trim I had on hand and some dimensional paint to decorate my sock bottle wrap!
Submission: Attach or sew any of the above to the top of the sock so that it is on the outside when you turn the top down. I use this to carry my cold (or iced) water bottles so they stay cold longer.
