Within several wearings, my Hunny has holes in the heels of his socks. Perhaps it's just the way his heel strikes the floor. I wrote to the company as Hunny has been wearing the same brand of socks for the 31 years we've been married and then some. Of course, there has been no reply. Don't you think they might reinforce the heels and toes with a stronger yarn?
I think of all those socks he threw out! This makes them un~happy foot socks.
I was so pleased with this idea! I cut off the toe tip and the worn heel. That toe tip might become a doll cap, the hole in the heel and the last scrap could be stuffing for a toy. This left me with two pieces of sock fabric...
