Start out by searching for a rock is fairly round. Clean the rock and dry it completely.
Paint the rock whatever color you want the center of your flower to be. It may take a few coats of paint. Let the paint dry.
Glue several pom-poms around the rock to look like flower petals. The number of pom-poms you will need will vary depending on the size of your rock.
