Find two rocks that are fairly round and are close to the same size. Clean the rocks and let them dry.
Start out by painting the entire rock white. Once the white paint is dry, use black paint to make the iris and red paint to make the eyeball look bloodshot. Use the picture here as a guide.
To finish and protect your eyeball rocks, spray on a few light coats of clear acrylic sealer.
