Materials Needed:
- Blue Sweatsuit
- White Batting or Fiberfil
- Squirt Gun
- Safety Pins or Needle and Thread
Instructions:
This is an easy costume to make... Wear blue sweats with 'puffs' of batting attached to resemble clouds (attach using a needle and thread or safety pins). To complete it, carry a squirt gun. Would be great if you had someone else dress up as a weather person.
