Materials Needed:
- Blue Jingle Bell
- Small Shells
- Felt
- Plastic Ivy
- Fabric Glue or Needle and Thread
Instructions:
From the felt, cut out a letter E, a letter V, and the word OVER. Now, you simply 'wear the "Blue Bells, Cockle Shells, E, V, Ivy, Over" in that order... Do you remember this old, English poem? You can glue or sew them onto the sweatshirt, incorporate them into jewelry, or wear them any other way you like.
