"This is a picture of my daughter in this years Halloween custom. She is nine. I made her crown, tablet, and torch from paper mache, and her toga from sheets. When the picture was taken she didn't have her make-up or hair color on yet, but you get the idea. This costume was a HUGE hit this year after the events of Sept. 11. Those events are what inspired my little one to want to be Lady Liberty. Because I could find no costume on the store shelves, I made it. I hope you like it too!" ~ Tracy
