Simply Spray Neon T-Shirt

I secured my rolled t-shirt using a rubber band which can be seen above. Make sure it is very loose though so the paint can better pentrate the folded and rolled areas. In hind site, I probably would not have used as tight a rubber band so the shirt would have gotten more color to more spots; a better way to do it may be to use a very large rubber band or string.
