Tiny Circles Tie-Dye T-Shirt

There are a few different ways you can make small circles on your t-shirt. The easiest way is to randomly pinch your shirt, making sure you grab both layers of the t-shirt. Wrap the rubber band around the piece you pinched to form a small "bump".
