Christmas Tree Light Reindeer Ornament

Rain, the About.com Guide to DIY Fashion, shared this reindeer ornament she made from an old Christmas tree light bulb. This is a fast and easy Christmas ornament your entire family will enjoy making.

• Age Guideline: 5 Years and Up
• Time Required: 30 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials Needed:

• Christmas Tree Light Bulb
• Pom-pom
• Wiggle Eyes
• Chenille Stem
• Gold Thread or Ribbon
• Craft Glue
• Scissors

Instructions:
Start out by gluing on the pom-pom nose and wiggle eyes. Cut a piece of gold thread or a thin ribbon and tie it into a loop for hanging. Glue the loop to the back of the light bulb. Form antlers out of a chenille stem and glue them to the light bulb.

Once all of the glue is dry, you can hang it up.
