Erin shares directions for making a fun coupon book to give to someone special.

Materials Needed:

  • Construction Paper
  • Markers, Crayons, or Pen
  • Coupon Ideas (see below)
  • Glue
  • Yarn or String
  • Scissors
  • Hole Puncher

Instructions:
Cut out rectangles about 4" x 6" big in a variety of Valentine's Day colors (red, pink, purple, etc.). Cut out one for each coupon you want to make. Cut smaller rectangles out of contrasting colors and glue them, centered, on top of the bigger rectangles. Punch holes in every coupon at the top left hand corner.

Now you can write a coupon idea on each slip of paper (such as 'one free hug',' two free kisses', 'buy one cuddle get one free', etc.) Tie them all together losely on a string, and you can present your cuddling coupons to your honey!

Suggestions from Sherri: You can also cut your coupons into shapes of hearts instead of rectangles. For more coupon ideas, you can check out my Free Printable Coupons article.
