Name of Project

Toilet Paper Tube and Yarn Bracelet

Ages This Project is Suitable For

7-12

Approximate Time Required to Complete This Project

15 min.

Materials Needed

toilet paper tube

bulky yarn

Scissors

tape or stapler

Instructions

Take toilet paper tube and cut a line on 1 side of the tube. Now cut 2 same size strips of the tube. Tape or staple the 2 pieces of the tube into a circle. Cut a lengthy strand of yarn. Tape the end of your yarn to the inside of the tube. Wrap the yarn close together until you get to the end. When you get to the end, tape the end piece to the inside so it doesn't show.

If you run out of yarn, tape the end of the first piece to the inside. Then, tape another piece to the inside and keep wrapping.

Tips and Tricks

  • Go slowly.
  • Don`t spread out the yarn so much.
  • Don`t cut the tube strips too thick or skinny.
  • Stapling is easier for me, but tape is something you can use too.
