Curve hugging black dress, gaudy silver costume jewelry (tiara included), black flats or small heels, hair clip, dark brown eyeliner, false eyelashes, pantyhose.
Instructions
Hair-Tease hair at crown. Pull hair back into side sweep using clip. On the teased part of your hair set a small silver tiara.Makeup-Put on heavy eyeliner on top, not to much on bottom. Insert false eyelashes.Then put mascara over them.Black dress should be simple. Put costume jewelry necklace over top.
