Instructions
It's an easy project even for those who aren't so crafty (like myself)
All you really need are the materials I've listed above.
You'll need quite a few pieces of felt. Cut a circle out of one piece of it. Make sure it is large enough to fit on the chest area and so that you will be able to fit the words on to it. Hot glue it to your desired shirt. If you don't want to use glue to keep the round piece of felt on. You can simply safety pin it. Either way would work fine, and the pins are a lot less messy.
Draw bold letters on another piece of marker. Leave enough space in between to make cutting more simple. I personally made the letters smaller and the numbers bigger.
Hot glue each individual letter on to the round piece of felt you cut and glued on to the shirt prior. Be sure to be careful of placement because once the letters are down, its a mess trying to get them back off to correct placement.
I used red and blue ribbon in my hair and simply clipped them in instead of buying a crazy looking blue wig. Giving the effect that I had blue tints to my hair.
Glitter makes everything more fun, drown yourself in glitter.
