Tissue Paper
Pipe Cleaners
Instructions
Poke a pipe cleaner through 5-8 sheets of tissue paper cut to 2 x 2 inches in size. Curve the end of the pipe cleaner (so the tissue paper doesn't come off). One by one, fold and crumple each sheet of tissue paper to look like a rose. If desired, make a dozen roses and twist ends together.
Tips and Tricks
- If the tissue paper comes in stacks of 9 or 10 sheets, just remove a few sheets before cutting so you don't have to keep making stacks of 8 each time.
