My Fun Wood Craft Project

Materials Needed

Masking Tape

Cotton Wool

Thinners

Photocopy (black & white or colour) of your picture/photo. Must be a TONER-BASED copy.

9mm Plywood - cut into squares, circles, etc

100 grit sandpaper

Instructions

Sand your piece of plywood until smooth.

Place the photocopy of your picture face-down onto the wood & secure it with masking tape.

Dip cotton wool into Thinners & gently rub the back of the photocopy until you are satisfied that you can see image on Plywood,

Remove photo copy & seal with a coat of Mod Podge (which enhances the colour slightly)

Tips and Tricks

  • Do not "wet" the photocopy too much with the Thinners otherwise the picture will stick to the Plywood
