By Sherri Osborn, About.com

Materials Needed:
  • Paper Plate
  • Paint, Markers, or Crayons
  • Construction Paper
  • Glue

Instructions:
Paint or color the bottom side of the paper plate brown. Cut feather shapes out of construction paper, you can use red, yellow, orange, brown, or any other colors you like. Glue them on the uncolored, top edge of the paper plate so they stick out over the top.

Cut a long oval shape out of brown construction paper and glue it on the center of the paper plate. Use scrap construction paper and make a beak, waddle, and eyes on your turkey.
