Paper Plate Turkey Craft

Make this easy turkey craft using a paper plate and a few other supplies. A fun Thanksgiving craft!

  • Age Guideline: 3 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 30 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

 

Materials Needed:

Instructions:
Paint or color the bottom side of the paper plate brown. Cut feather shapes out of construction paper, you can use red, yellow, orange, brown, or any other colors you like. Glue them on the uncolored, top edge of the paper plate so they stick out over the top.

Cut a long oval shape out of brown construction paper and glue it on the center of the paper plate. Use scrap construction paper and make a beak, waddle, and eyes on your turkey.
