"I used a piece of scrap (fabric) for the scarf. The earmuffs are made from two red 1/2" pom-poms and a piece of wreath hanging wire. Also, by trial and error, I found that if you use a foam brush and dab the white paint (color I used was called "Christmas Snow") - you don't get any brush strokes and the texture looks like snow."
