| Pen and Pencil Pennants | |
Let dry and then slip over then end of your pencil.
Materials Needed:
Instructions:
Cut a pennant/triangle shape out of craft foam and cut two slits as shown below. Use fabric paints, markers, glitter pens, or whatever else you want to write a message and decorate your pennant.
