Crocheted Blue Jean Capris Craft

Kelli submitted this great blue jean and crocheting project. She transformed a pair of blue jeans into capris with a fancy crocheted hem. She initially used a pattern that she got off of the Internet, but she has recently have been playing around with using her own ruffle pattern. She says it works on shorts as well.
