Recylce CDs into Cute Animals

Find out how to make a variety of animals, bugs, and even birds using unwanted CDs and some basic craft supplies. They can be used for room decorations, magnets, gifts, and so much more. You can start out by making the creatures I designed and then start creating your own. This is a great craft for all ages and the time it takes to complete each creature will vary depending on how much you embellish it.

Besides an old CD, most of these projects consist of a felt or craft foam base. The facial features are created using one or more of the following: felt or craft foam scraps, pom-poms, chenille, stems, feathers, and wiggle eyes. Of course, I encourage you to add your own creative touches to my designs; and, always remember, you can submit pictures of your CD creatures and other crafts using these simple directions.

Now, what creature do you want to make first...
