Trace around the CD onto a piece of green craft foam and cut it out. Glue the circle to the CD. Cut out a handful of octagons using green felt and glue them to the craft foam to look like a turtle shell. Cut four legs out of green felt along with a small tail. Glue these to the underside of the CD as shown in the picture. Top off your turtle with a pair of wiggle eyes. Can you say cute!
