The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Toilet Paper or Paper Towel Roll
- Cotton Balls
- Craft Glue
- Stapler
- Scissors
Instructions:
Start off by fluffing up several cotton balls by gently pulling on them. You can use white cotton balls but it will be more fun if you could find pink and/or blue cotton balls.
Generously cover one half of the paper towel or toilet paper roll with glue, starting at one end and adding glue all around to the middle. Stick on the fluffed up cotton balls so it looks like cotton candy.
For a finishing touch, pinch the open end of the paper towel roll together and staple it closed so it looks a little more like a cone shape.
