- Age Guideline: 4 Years and Up
- Time Required: 20 minutes (Does not include drying time)
The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.
Materials Needed:
- Small Styrofoam Egg
- Craft Glue
- Magnet Strip
- Misc Craft Supplies (see suggestions below)
- Utility Knife
- Scissors
Instructions:
Cut the styrofoam egg in half so you have to egg shapes with flat backs. Cut the magnet strip so it is almost the same height as your egg shape. Attach the magnet strip to the flat side of the egg shape.
Decorate the front of your egg with miscellaneous craft supplies. A few suggestions:
- Sequins
- Rick-Rack
- Ribbon
- Lace
- Fabric Scraps
- Construction Paper Shapes
