You can craft your own little pony out of items you can found lying around your yard. Make it's head and body out of pine cones, it's legs out of twigs, and it's mane and tail using pine needles.

  • Age Guideline: 5 Years and Up
  • Time Required: 20 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials Needed:

  • Pine Cones
  • Pine Tree Twigs and Needles
  • Craft Glue

Instructions:
To make the pony's body, start out by gluing the ends of four straight twig legs to a medium-sized pine cone. Glue a thick bunch of needles to the back of the body to make a tail.

For the head and neck, glue a small pine cone to the end of a twig that is covered in pine needles. Trim the needles to create a spiky looking mane. Glue the base of the neck to the body.

Let all of the glue dry and your piny is now complete.
