Spell Book Craft

Use the directions shared here to dress up an old notebook so it looks like a pretend spell book. You can use it as part of a Halloween costume or decoration or give it to a Harry Potter fan.

• Age Guideline: 5 Years and Up
• Time Required: 30 minutes (Does not include drying time)

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

Materials Needed:

• Notebook
• Construction Paper
• Craft Glue
• Scissors
• Miscellaneous Embellishing Supplies

Instructions:
Start out by covering your notebook with construction paper. Cut the construction paper to fit and then glue it over the cover and the back of the notebook. Write "Spell Book" using a marker or even glitter, sequins, or yarn. Decorate the rest of your spell book using whatever craft supplies you have on hand.
